Lemoney Wheatgrass Juice
Ingredients:
- 50 gms. Wheatgrass, washed
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, washed
- 200 ml water
Directions:
- Place the wheatgrass and mint leaves in a blender.
- Pour in the lemon juice and the water.
- Process all the ingredients, strain the juice and serve fresh.
The juice is best taken an hour before having your breakfast.
